Cancellation Policy
A 30% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations/reschedules made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Late Policy & Grace Period
We offer a 10-minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may no longer be able to accommodate your appointment, and it may be considered a no-show. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Contacting us does not extend the grace period or guarantee that we will be able to accommodate the appointment.
